This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and audit activities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit-related projects, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Support the preparation of detailed budgets, forecasts, and actual financial reports. * Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, income statements, and other financial reports. * Monitor and evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts for both revenues and costs. * Identify, investigate, and document financial variances, providing clear explanations and narrative commentary on key drivers and business impacts. * Review accounting transactions and analyze financial results, proposing accounting adjustments when necessary. * Assist with audits of collection society reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy of reported data. * Support the audit process for local original production companies, including data collection, validation, and documentation. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather financial information and ensure timely reporting. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting quality and efficiency. * Qualifications & Skills ----------------------- * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. * Good understanding of accounting and financial principles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. * Proficiency in English What We Offer ------------- * Hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. * Exposure to audit processes and business finance operations. * Opportunities to learn from experienced finance professionals. * A collaborative and international working environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities.
