Are you ready to grow with us? * Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are: ----------------------------------------- * Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. * Maintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. * Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities. * Facilitate plant programs controlling together with plant FC and NA region manager in charge. * **Financial Analysis & Reporting** * Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L and key financial indicators. * **Cost Control & Profitability Analysis** * Analyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies. * Support cost optimization and savings initiatives. * Evaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable. * Assist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis. * **Business Partnering & Decision Support** * Act as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams. * Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions. * Support evaluation of capital expenditures (Capex), including ROI and payback analysis. * Provide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases. * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data. * Maintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies. * Support internal and external audits when required. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards * Conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes. * Track and report financial and operational KPIs to support business performance monitoring. * Provide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.
