**📍** **Financial Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) – Hybrid | Warsaw** We are looking for a **dynamic and detail-oriented Financial CTA** to join our client-dedicated (FSP) team in Warsaw. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll be involved in multiple systems and evolving processes. We are looking for someone who is comfortable adapting to change, working with different tools, and supporting a variety of financial and administrative activities across clinical trials. You don’t need prior clinical research experience — what matters most is your **understanding of payments and invoicing processes**, especially for contractors, sole traders, or individuals. **What you’ll do:** * Support **budgets, contracts (CTRAs), and payments** for clinical trials * Execute payments to investigators and vendors and manage invoicing processes * Maintain trackers, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting * Handle **trial and site administration**, including document management * Collaborate with local clinical teams (COM, CRM, CRA) **What we’re looking for:** * Strong **Excel skills** and ability to navigate multiple systems * Experience in **payments, invoicing, or finance/admin roles** * Comfortable working with changing processes and managing priorities * Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized 💡 Experience with contractor payments and different taxation setups is a strong advantage.
