This role is based in our office in Tirana - Stadium. Please be aware this is a temporary position with possibility of extension. **Responsibilities** * Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance. * Analyze profitability across clients or business segments. * Contribute to the development of annual budgets for revenue and costs by client. * Provide input for monthly revenue forecasts by client. * Support meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations. * Assist in month-end closing processes. * Collaborate with the AR Team to set up billing contracts. * Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices. * Monitor and report on collections. * Perform ad hoc analysis. * Work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 1-3 years of relevant financial experience preferred. * Proficient in financial tools, systems, and applications. * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work well in Team. * Understanding and utilization of basic general ledger systems and software. * Experience in financial analysis and reporting. * Willingness to work a flexible schedule. * English at least B2 Level. * Italian Fluent is mandatory **Pay range and compensation package** You will get a Competitive salary for the position with a great Bonus Plan.
