This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, reinforcing customer service standards while supporting medically integrated fitness programming and operational readiness across the facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Member Services / Front Desk Operations: Greet and check in members; ensure accurate attendance tracking. Assist with point-of-sale transactions and member account management using fitness software (front desk role). * Facility Operations: Open and close facility as per department policy Maintain cleanliness and organization across facility spaces. Restock towels, cleaning wipes, and supplies. * Safety & Compliance: Perform regular walkthroughs to identify cleanliness or safety issues. File incident reports when needed Support emergency response activities in accordance with established facility policies * Maintenance & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs. EDUCATION * High School Diploma **Required** * Associates **Preferred** EXPERIENCE * 1 year, Customer service or facility operations experience **Preferred** * 1 year, Fitness or medical fitness environment. **Preferred** LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS * Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Certification, CPR/AED **Required** * Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification, **Required** We're all in for your career.
