Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor

EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a **freelance** Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor. Assignments cover **South County Wicklow and County Wexford**. In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site assessments and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites * Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices * Maintaining strong client relationships **Minimum Qualifications:** * Hold a **Level 4 Food Safety qualification** * Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both **weekdays** and weekends, across a variety of dayparts * Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence * Based in or near the assigned territory **Skills and Requirements:** * Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores) * Strong relationship management skills * Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines  This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. **No immigration sponsorship available****.**
