Food Safety Consultant

EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking an independent Food Safety Consultant in **Mecklenburg-Vorpommern**. In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites * Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices * Maintaining strong client relationships **We are looking for candidates who:** * Are fluent in German and English * Have proven food safety auditing experience, such as in food retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or gas stations * Hold food safety qualifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000 * Are able to efficiently cover the defined territory * Hold a valid driving license and have their own car * Have a passion for coaching and teaching in food-related settings * Are comfortable working independently **Availability:** * Long-term availability for recurring audits * Ability to support quarterly audits and re-audits **Note:** This is a freelance/consulting opportunity with Ecolab.
