Forecasting Coordinator

Job Mission: **_Mission Overview:_** _The_ _Forecasting Coordinator supports accurate and timely forecasting and inventory operations_ _by ensuring_ _reliable data_ _management__, reporting, system updates, and cross-functional coordination._ **_Key Contribution:_** _The role helps maintain stock availability, improve planning visibility, and minimize operational and stock-out_ _risks through consistent follow-up and collaboration with relevant teams._ Key Responsibilities: _1\. Forecasting & Performance Reporting_ _Prepare recurring forecasting, inventory, and order__\-related_ _reports, including Sell-out Forecast, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Coverage, Order Proposal, and Purchase Plan__, ensuring timely and reliable reporting for business review__._ _2\. Forecast Review & Action Follow-up_ _Prepare materials for forecast_ _review_ _and validation meetings__,_ _track forecast accuracy_ _and_ _gaps,_ _support_ _new-product_ _forecast_ _follow-up__, and monitor agreed action items through completion__._ _3\. System & Data Management_ _Support system uploads and maintains_ _accurate_ _forecasting__, inventory,_ _and master data_ _to ensure consistency across reporting and planning processes__._ _4\. Sales, Stock & Inventory Monitoring_ _Extract daily sales data and prepare stock, MTD, and inventory-analysis reports_ _to support visibility on sales performance, stock position, and potential supply risks__._ _5\. Inventory Risk & OOS Follow-up_ _Support inventory_ _and_ _stock analysis,_ _prepare_ _OOS reporting__, and_ _follow up on aging stock, slow-moving items, back orders, and stock-out risks_ _in coordination with relevant teams__._ _6\. Channel Allocation & Order Support_ _Coordinate stock allocation_ _by channel__, order tracking, SPM processes, store allocation, and inbound status_ _to support smooth order execution and channel availability__._ _7\. Cross-functional Coordination_ _Support recurring team deliverables and coordinate with Marketing, Retail, DC, Finance, Logistics, and Regional/Global teams_ _to ensure alignment on forecasting, inventory, and order-related priorities._ Role Specifications: _Academic / Professional Qualifications_ * _4 years university degree_ * _Good interpersonal communication skills both in English & Korean_ _Work Experience_ * _1+ years experienced in FMCG industry or in supply chain management field_ * _Forecasting experience in FBP industry is preferred_ * _Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities_ _Required Competencies_ * _Fluent in verbal and written English_ * _Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels_ * _Strong numerical sense_ * _Operating skills of computer utility (MS Office program, diverse logistics and ERP programs)_ **Key Interactions / Stakeholders:** * _Local Marketing and Forecasting team._ * _Regional and Global Forecasting/Supply chain Team_ * _DC and Finance team_ **Organization Relationship:** _Please attach the Organization Chart showing the role and its working relationships (e.g., direct and indirect reports)_
