Summary ------- Coordinates the activities of the security communications and electronic system function. Performs related administrative assignments. The schedule will be- Monday- Wednesday from Midnight to Noon and every other Thursday from Midnight to Noon. Job Description --------------- The Front Desk/ Control Room Specialist serves as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and guests entering the building. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and welcoming lobby environment, managing visitor access, and supporting day-to-day building operations. This role also monitors the security of the building, and directing any emergency response activities. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, and detail-oriented.
