Full Stack Developer

**Job Description:** -------------------- ### Responsibilities * Develop modern user-facing features using React.js. * Design and build responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components. * Translate wireframes and business requirements into high-quality code. * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (preferred) or Java/Spring Boot. * Build end-to-end solutions across UI, services, databases, and integrations. * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. * Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams. * Participate in design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. * Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment. ### Technical Skills * Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. * Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. * Experience with React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture. * Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT. * Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C# (preferred) or Java, Spring Boot. * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices. * Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles. * Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. * Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus. * Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ### Good to Have * Experience with TypeScript, Storybook, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. * Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices Architecture. * Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ). ### AI-Assisted Development (Good to Have) * Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI development tools. * Exposure to AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, documentation, and debugging. * Understanding of responsible and secure use of AI tools in software development. ### Non-Technical Skills * Team player. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good time-management and stakeholder management skills. **Relevant work experience: 7+ years**. **Location:** ------------- This position can be based in any of the following locations: Gurgaon **Current Guardian Colleagues: Please apply through the internal Jobs Hub in Workday**
