Full Stack Developer

**Job Description** We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior Software Developer** to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership of end-to-end development, and the ability to mentor junior developers while ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in architecting applications, improving system performance, and driving technical excellence across IQVIA platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the **design, development, and implementation** of complex software solutions. * Work across the full stack: **frontend (React/TypeScript)** and **backend (.NET, Web APIs)**. * Develop and optimize **database solutions using SQL Server** and Entity Framework. * Drive **architecture decisions**, enforce best practices, and implement **design patterns**. * Troubleshoot and resolve **complex production issues** in enterprise-scale applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate **business requirements into technical solutions**. * Conduct **code reviews**, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks. * Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team skill development. * Improve application **performance, scalability, and security**. * Ensure compliance with **IQVIA quality standards and development processes**. * Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** and contribute to continuous improvement. **Required Skills** **Primary Skills** * Strong experience with: * **C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core** * **ASP.NET Web API development** * **SQL Server (advanced queries, optimization)** * **Entity Framework / ORM tools** * **React.js with TypeScript** * Deep understanding of: * **RESTful services** * **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** * **Design Patterns and Architecture (MVC, Microservices, etc.)** **Good to Have** * Experience with: * **JavaScript, jQuery, Angular** * **Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)** * **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices** * **Unit testing frameworks** * **Performance tuning and monitoring tools** **Experience** * **5–8+ years** of hands-on software development experience. * Proven experience working on **enterprise-level applications**. * Prior experience leading or mentoring developers is preferred. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, or related field** (or equivalent practical experience). **Key Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Ability to handle **complex systems and ambiguous requirements**. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ownership mindset with a focus on **quality and delivery**.
