Fullstack Developer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** **You will** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs, primarily using Python. * Develop and support backend services across Python, Java, and .NET environments. * Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases, queries, and data models. * Implement and configure OpenTelemetry to enable end-to-end application observability. * Instrument applications to collect traces, metrics, and logs, supporting monitoring and troubleshooting. * Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to integrate telemetry with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk. * Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Ansible. * Configure and maintain IIS-hosted web applications, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. * Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend services and contribute to user-facing features. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve application performance, reliability, and code quality. **Kogo poszukujemy?** **Must have** * Strong experience in backend development with **Python**. * Commercial experience with **Java and/or .NET**. * Hands-on experience designing and developing **RESTful APIs**. * Strong **SQL skills**, including database design, optimization, and query development. * Experience with **OpenTelemetry** and application observability (traces, metrics, logs). * Practical knowledge of **Ansible** for automation and configuration management. * Experience deploying and maintaining applications hosted on IIS. * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working with Git and modern software development best practices. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams. **Nice to have** * Experience with **Prometheus**, **Grafana**, or **Splunk**. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. * Experience working with DevOps or SRE teams. * Familiarity with frontend development and modern web technologies. * Experience building scalable, highly available enterprise applications. * Understanding of application performance monitoring and distributed tracing best practices. **Czego wymagamy?** 4 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Python * Java * .NET * RESTful * SQL * Ansible * Git Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 21.8k–25.2k PLN netto/m (B2B) * 15.6k–18k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Szkolenia wewnętrzne * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy * Kawa / Herbata * Parking rowerowy * Pakiet relokacyjny **Kim jesteśmy?** Od 20 lat wspieramy liderów IT, dostarczając technologie, ekspertów i pełne wsparcie operacyjne - w tym legalizację pobytu i pracy międzynarodowych specjalistów IT Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.
