**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** **Project** Join an engineering team responsible for developing and automating **platform controls** across internal developer and hosting platforms. The role combines software engineering, API development, automation, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on improving platform reliability, efficiency, and reuse. **You will** * Analyse business and technical requirements to understand how platform services can support and automate controls * Design and develop automation services, workflows, integrations, and APIs * Work with data schemas and process flows * Develop solutions for automating controls at scale * Contribute to the development of the Platform Control Plane * Drive automation, process improvements, and reusable solutions * Collaborate with engineering teams across different locations and time zones * Provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives * Work closely with stakeholders to define priorities and deliver new solutions **Kogo poszukujemy?** **Must have** * **5+ years of professional software engineering experience** * Experience with **multiple programming languages** / polyglot development * Strong software engineering skills, including **API development, database design, data schemas, and process flows** * Understanding of **internal developer platforms, hosting platforms, and cloud environments** * Basic knowledge of **Linux and web technologies** * Experience working with iterative software delivery methodologies * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience providing **technical leadership** across distributed/global teams * Ability to work independently and solve complex problems * **Fluent English and Polish** **Nice to have** * Experience with **DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE** * Experience with automation and control-plane solutions * Experience working in large enterprise environments * Experience mentoring or supporting distributed engineering teams * Knowledge of modern cloud platforms and platform engineering practices **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Java * Databases * Linux Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 23.5k–28.6k PLN netto/m (B2B) * 16k–20k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Szkolenia wewnętrzne * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy * Kawa / Herbata * Parking rowerowy * Pakiet relokacyjny **Kim jesteśmy?** Od 20 lat wspieramy liderów IT, dostarczając technologie, ekspertów i pełne wsparcie operacyjne - w tym legalizację pobytu i pracy międzynarodowych specjalistów IT Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.
