### About the Role A fast-growing fintech startup is looking for a **Full Stack Software Engineer** to help reshape a centuries-old industry. You'll join a small, ambitious team with the opportunity to own features end-to-end — from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration. If you care deeply about product quality and want your work to have real impact, this role is for you. ### What You'll Do * Build full-stack web features (front-end and back-end) from zero to one. * Integrate third-party APIs and design robust state machines. * Own your work from ideation through launch and beyond. * Hold yourself and others accountable to high standards of quality. ### What We're Looking For ### Required: * 2–9 years of professional full-stack software development experience. * Proficiency with **TypeScript**, **React**, **Python (FastAPI)**, **PostgreSQL**, and **AWS**. * Strong background building web applications. * Experience delivering software in **fintech or regulated industries**. * ### Strong CS fundamentals. ### Nice to Have: * Demonstrated side projects that show initiative and a builder's mindset. * Educational background from a reputable program (top-tier university a plus). * Experience outside of large tech companies (Amazon background is fine). ### Location This role is **fully remote within US time zones**, with a primary hub in **New York, NY**. _Visa sponsorship is not available._ ### Compensation & Benefits Compensation details were not specified for this role.
