Job Description --------------- **Job Title** **GBS F&A Continuous Improvement & Process Transformation – Manager (Black Belt)** **Department** **Global Business Services (GBS)** **Location** **Ahmedabad (AHM)** **Reporting To** **GBS Portfolio Process Transformation Group Lead** **Band** **B13** **Job Purpose** **The Manager – CI/ Process Transformation (Black Belt) will lead end‑to‑end Finance & Accounting (F&A) transformation initiatives within the GBS, delivering measurable business value through productivity, cost optimization, service quality improvement, and digitization.** **This role will own and drive a portfolio of high‑impact transformation programs across Finance towers, working closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), regional finance leaders, digital teams, and GBS operations to embed Lean, Six Sigma, and digital-first ways of working.** **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Portfolio & Program Leadership** * **Own and manage the GBS F&A transformation portfolio across or some of- R2R, S2P, SCM, ATR, Commercial Ops, FPnA towers** * **Drive project prioritization based on value impact (cost, productivity, cash, controls), feasibility, and strategic alignment.** * **Establish strong intake governance, value tracking, and benefits realization mechanisms.** * **Ensure alignment with enterprise finance strategy, GBS roadmap, and FMCG business priorities.** **2\. End‑to‑End F&A Process Transformation** * **Lead complex, cross‑regional transformation initiatives across F&A processes with a strong end‑to‑end and customer‑back mindset.** * **Conduct deep‑dive diagnostics using Lean Six Sigma tools (VSMs, DMAIC, root cause analysis, statistical analysis).** * **Design and implement sustainable solutions covering process, policy, people, controls, and technology.** **3\. Digital, Automation & Analytics Enablement** * **Partner with Digital / IT / Automation CoEs to identify and implement RPA, workflow, OCR, low‑code, AI/ML use cases within F&A.** * **Embed data-driven decisioning, KPI automation, and performance dashboards into transformed processes.** * **Ensure digital initiatives are tightly integrated with process standardization and simplification.** **4\. Stakeholder & Change Leadership** * **Act as a trusted transformation partner to Finance leadership, Controllers, GPOs, and Regional Finance stakeholders.** * **Proactively manage change, resistance, and adoption through structured change management and communication plans.** * **Present transformation status, business impact, and insights to senior leadership forums.** **5\. Team Enablement & Capability Building** * **Mentor project teams, Green Belts, and operational leaders on Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and problem-solving methods.** * **Support development of a GBS-wide continuous improvement academy (training, certification, coaching).** * **Build a strong culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the GBS.** **6\. Performance Management & Reporting** * **Define clear KPIs and success metrics including productivity (FTE/hour savings), cost-out, SLA improvement, quality, and risk reduction.** * **Track benefits realization post-implementation and ensure sustained performance improvements.** * **Drive standard reporting and storytelling around transformation outcomes.** **Key Skills & Qualifications** **Must Have** * **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related field** * **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Mandatory)** * **10+ years of experience in process transformation / continuous improvement, with strong exposure to F&A processes** * **Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs** * **Strong project and stakeholder management skills in a GBS / Shared Services environment** Location(s) ----------- Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC   **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes****.**
