Be part of Steuben Foods. _**Requirements ** * High school diploma or GED equivalent * 1+ year of work experience in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, food service, retail, office, or similar) * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed * Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies * Basic computer or communication skills (varies by department) * Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods or lifting up to 50 lbs (for production/warehouse roles) * A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company NOTE: These are preferred qualifications only.
