KRA / Key Statistics: \-           Responsible for Accounting, Consolidation, and group & statutory audit of financial data \-           Ensuring Compliance, audits and handling litigation of tax laws including GST, FEMA & RBI regulations \-           Coordinate & support Plant Finance teams including AP, AR, logistics Exports & domestic. \-           Coordinating collection of debtors with the help of Zonal & Branch office teams \-           All Accounting, Finance, MIS and Tax related activities of Pofran sales & KSB Tech \-           Managing Treasury Operations including banking, forex, hedging, cashflow management etc. **Major responsibilities:** ·       Guide subordinate team and staff for smooth & efficient functioning of the department ·       Ensuring proper accounting& consolidation of the financial data and other related reports for the company ·       Handling of bank matters and monitoring cashflow requirements & sourcing if required for funds ·       Monitoring Foreign exchange transactions and forward cover as per requirement ·       Evolve & implement various system circulars as applicable ·       Collections and coordination to ensure debtors outstanding are reasonable and in line with cash requirements ·       Control on bank guarantees, Channal Financing, C & F godowns etc. ·       Ensuring compliance on Direct & Indirect tax including GST ·       Ensuring coverage of insurance as per rules & regulations ·       Preparation of budget, MIS, and coordination of Financial & Accounting matters for KSB Tech **Qualification & Experience:** Formal education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience in growth oriented Indian companies with multi plant scenario is preferred 15-20 years of work experience **Defined competencies:** * Business Acumen * Provide Leadership & effective communication with the teams * Engage & work on development of the team * Hands on approach to work & attention to details * Analytical & problem-solving skills * Knowledge & understating of Finance performance & skills * Develop systems & processes * Proficiency in Information Technology * Knowledge of various Tax laws- Direct- Indirect * Knowledge of import Export procedures * Knowledge of Corporate Laws, SEBI, FEMA, RBI
