Come join our team! **Summary** Greet all customers. Responsible for selling merchandise, cashier and inventory management in the gift shop. **Job Description** Duties may include opening, closing, ringing up sale purchases, handling money, assisting customers, delivering gifts to patient/resident rooms, light merchandise stocking, visual merchandising the displays, and keeping gift shop clean. Operates helium tank. May check-in freight, determine retail pricing, and receive POS system inventory, which effects inventory management. Provide high level of customer service in assigned area. Provide support in the day-to-day activities of the gift shop. Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Experience in retail and sales. Able to handle money and experience with cash registers. Knowledgeable of basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows required. **Qualifications** Previous experience in customer service and sales desired. Must have knowledge of operating a cash register and making change. Must be able to provide work direction to volunteers.
