Glass Production Night Shift Team Member

Viracon LLC **Viracon is continuously hiring entry-level Production Associates to support our night shift operations in Owatonna, MN.** **Pay Range:** $18.95–$20.55/hr ### **What You’ll Do** You will support manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards. ### **What We’re Looking For** This is an entry-level role. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a night shift schedule, follow instructions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required. ### **Hiring Criteria** To be considered for direct hire, candidates must meet **one** of the following: • Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the past 3 years (1 year preferred). Prior manufacturing experience preferred. • Completion of at least 6 months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months. • Military service within the past 5 years with an honorable discharge. • High school diploma or equivalent obtained within the past 12 months. **Additional Requirements:** • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana. • Ability to safely lift 50–60 lbs on a regular basis. ### **Why Viracon** Viracon offers stable schedules, consistent hours, training, and opportunities for advancement.
