Conducting business for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on local communities, supporting well-‏being at work for employees, and protecting the planet. 🚀 **Role overview:** * The Global Director of Infrastructure & Platforms defines and drives Pluxee's global infrastructure and platform strategy, ensuring alignment with the Technology Platforms & Operations vision, enterprise architecture standards, and target operating model. The role leads a global organization spanning Infrastructure DevOps, Cloud Delivery, and Regional Infrastructure & Platforms teams, delivering consistent execution across all regions. * Working closely with Regional IT & Payment leaders, Cybersecurity, Cloud Architecture, Digital Factory, and local IT teams, the Director drives the transformation toward standardized, cloud-first, multi-cloud platforms through automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices. The role is accountable for platform availability, scalability, resilience, governance, and operational excellence, while ensuring adoption of global standards and operating models across countries. * As a member of the Technology Operations & Platforms leadership team, the Director industrializes global infrastructure capabilities, manages strategic technology partnerships, and leads vendor governance to support business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency worldwide. Reporting to: VP Global Technology Operations & Platforms Location : Madrid Office 📌 **Key Responsabilities:** * Define and execute the global infrastructure and platforms strategy aligned with the Target Operating Model and collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Architecture * Lead the transformation of legacy infrastructures to standardized scalable and resilient multi-cloud platforms * Define target technical architecture in coordination with Cloud Architecture and maintain global infrastructure roadmap * Define and implement the global cloud infrastructure delivery model for global and regional solutions * Ensure availability, reliability and performance of platforms supporting global digital services * Drive adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices * Lead and manage global teams: Infrastructure DevOps, Cloud Delivery and Regional Infrastructure Managers * Ensure implementation of security standards in coordination with Cybersecurity teams * Define and enforce standard processes for infrastructure delivery and operations improving time-to-market * Define and execute EoL and migration strategies for legacy systems * Define and control infrastructure budget in coordination with FinOps and Finance * Lead global vendor relationships for infrastructure and platforms including RFPs, onboarding and performance management * Drive deployment of global frameworks and tools across all regions * Ensure adoption of ITIL / Agile processes and service management standards in coordination with Service Management Office * Monitor KPIs, SLAs and service performance ensuring continuous improvement and service quality * Act as global ambassador for infrastructure and platform transformation across all countries 🌟 **You're a match:** Knowledge & Experience: * +15 years of experience in IT * Strong experience in infrastructure and cloud transformation programs * Proven expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure preferred) * Strong knowledge of networking and infrastructure technologies * Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and IaC tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitLab) * Experience in infrastructure automation delivery ideally knowledge in AI tooling * Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile frameworks * Experience managing global teams and strategic vendors * Knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.) * Experience in FinOps and cost optimization Soft skills : * Strong leadership and influencing skills * Management and leading technical teams * Strategic thinking and decision-making capability * Strong communication and stakeholder management * Ability to lead multicultural and distributed teams * Client focus and service excellence mindset * Ability to challenge and drive transformation * Strong analytical and reporting capabilities * Capacity to delegate, manage a team of experts 🤝 **What We Offer:** * A strategic leadership role with global impact and high visibility * Opportunity to shape the future of Pluxee’s offer strategy and growth * Collaborative, fast-paced, and purpose-driven environment * Competitive compensation and benefits 📍 **Working Conditions:** Hybrid: on site (Madrid) and work from home ☀️**Happy at work:** 1) A meaningful job: Be the change!
