******Job Description Summary****** =================================== Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools by partnering with Operating Leaders in business management roles (e.g. GM of Business Unit, or Executive Lead of a Function). Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics. May also be roles that are part of Corporate or Business Unit Kaizen Promotion Offices (KPO). **Job Description** =================== **Essential Responsibilities**   Strategy and Development * Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational and transactional performance * Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Lean activities General and Task Management * Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders * Implement and support cultural change across the organization and drive business improvement in a Toyota Lean style * Provide project management, analytical and research skills and expertise * Provide expertise, professional advice and guidance to the business in business improvement, drawing from proven industry practice and methodologies * Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success * Define, develop and publish business improvement process documentation to reflect best practice * Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events * Attend various meetings and take care/follow up on actions * Produce written reports and make presentations * Undertake continuous training and development * Contribute and support the operational rhythm * Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems * Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization * Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department * DfX, support in NPI to ensure manufacturability, automation, standardization * Support automation and robotization projects in manufacturing and logistics from Lean perspective * Alignment of 3P with Automation & Robotics integrations * Support make or buy evaluations * Good practice evaluation and deployment * New AI opportunities evaluation and deployment * Intra functional VSM **Qualifications/Requirements**            * Bachelor’s degree in an accredited university or college * Minimum of 10 years of experience **Desired Characteristics** * Fluent English * Finance acumen * Project Management * Communication skills * Presentation skills * Lean: 5S, SW, VSM, SMED, Single Piece Flow, Strategy Deployment, Kanban, Heijunka, daily management @ genba, SQDIP/SQDC, VOC, Action Planning * Problem Solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities * Kaizen facilitation ******Additional Information****** ================================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No #LI-Remote - This is a remote position
