By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of topics, while also working closely with our businesses, to help drive the People and Communications agenda._ We are looking for a **Business Partner, People & Communications (P&C)** to strengthen our Global People & Communications Business Partner team. Our team supports the eight global / matrix functions at KONE (Commercial & Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Strategy & Transformation, People & Communication, Technology & Innovation). You will partner with selected leaders and leadership teams, employees and local People & Communications colleagues across multiple countries, driving key people initiatives in a complex, fast-evolving matrix environment.
