Find your future at Revvity  **Location**: Mumbai **Purpose:** This role is a **global, analytically driven planning leadership position** responsible for ensuring timely planning and procurement of parts across the enterprise, with a **specialized focus on service parts fulfillment and stocking strategy alignment**.The role will drive **automation, digitization, and standardization** across planning and supply processes, leveraging **AI-enabled tools, SAP platforms, and advanced BI capabilities** to improve service levels, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability. The position will also **lead and develop a global planning and analytics team based in India**, serving as a strategic partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and IT functions worldwide.This role will be critical in **improving service performance, optimizing inventory investment, and enabling scalable global operations** through data, automation, and AI. **Responsibilities:** **Global Planning & Procurement** * Own **end-to-end global planning processes** to ensure all parts are planned and procured on a timely basis to meet service, operational, and customer commitments. * Translate demand signals, service requirements, and business priorities into executable supply and procurement plans. * Proactively identify risks, constraints, and opportunities within the supply network and drive mitigation strategies. **Service Parts Fulfillment & Stocking Strategy** * Lead the **alignment of fulfillment and stocking strategies for service parts**, balancing service-level targets, inventory investment, and supply flexibility. * Define differentiated stocking strategies by part criticality, lifecycle, region, and service model. * Partner with Service and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of global service parts strategies. **Automation, Digitization & AI Enablement** * Drive **automation and digitization of planning and analytical workflows**, reducing manual effort and increasing scalability and accuracy. * Design, develop, and deploy **AI-enabled tools and models** for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, scenario planning, and exception management. * Champion standardization of processes, data models, and metrics across regions and business units. **SAP, BI & Advanced Analytics** * Leverage **SAP platforms (e.g., S/4HANA, APO/IBP, or equivalent)** to support integrated planning and execution. * Develop and govern **BI dashboards and analytics** (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar) to enable real-time decision-making and executive visibility. * Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across planning, procurement, and fulfillment systems. **Leadership & Team Management (India-based Team)** * Build, lead, and develop a **high-performing planning and analytics team in India**. * Establish clear roles, performance expectations, and career development paths for team members. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, innovation, and accountability. * Serve as a global leader, effectively collaborating across time zones and cultures. **Stakeholder Partnership & Governance** * Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Service, Finance, and IT. * Lead global planning governance, cadence reviews, and performance management routines. * Communicate complex analytical insights clearly to executive and non-technical audiences. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). * 10+ years of experience in global planning, supply chain, service parts, or analytics roles. * Proven experience in service parts planning and fulfillment, * Strong hands-on exposure to SAP planning and execution systems. * Demonstrated experience building or deploying automation, AI, or advanced analytics solutions. * Experience leading and managing teams in India or other global delivery centers. **Preferred** * Experience with inventory optimization, and AI level modeling. * Exposure to Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar BI tools. * Background in large, complex, global manufacturing or service organizations. **Key Skills & Competencies** * Strategic thinking with strong execution focus * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills * Deep understanding of service parts and supply chain dynamics * Digital and AI-first mindset * Strong people leadership and cross-cultural collaboration * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
