Get a taste of what your career could be at kraftheinzcompany.com/careers. **Global Senior Sourcing Manager - CAPEX at a glance...** As the Global Senior Sourcing Manager - CAPEX, you will be focused on Packaging Equipment technology and be the link between the business unit CAPEX teams. You’ll be working in a successful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level reporting into the Global Capex Lead, Capex. In this role you will ensure suppliers are aware and align with Kraft Heinz policies, procedures and quality criteria and see that suppliers contribute on new initiatives together with Kraft Heinz. **Key Ingredients:** * Champion, and Implement Regional Sourcing & Global Category Strategies for CAPEX categories which allows for balanced and transformation value to Kraft Heinz; * Leverage SRM to drive innovation & value creation across the Globe; * Responsible for the delivery of specific Cost Reduction and Cash Flow targets in alignment with overarching goals and objectives, with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and sizeable gains in Value Engineering/Reform; * Embedded in the sourcing strategy and execution in conjunction with the business units * Define and implement ground-breaking agenda for your area of responsibility, with the strive to bring your categories to the next level. * Working in cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Legal, Project teams, etc.) and lead the supplier selection and contracting for CAPEX key projects at Global level as well as supporting the Zone projects. * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal partners * Supporting Business Units with escalation and resolution in project crisis **Recipe for Success: Apply if this sounds like you!** * Bachelor/Master’s degree level, preferably Engineering, Procurement, Management, Supply Chain, or another related business area required; * 10+ years’ experience in Procurement or Engineering. Indirect and CAPEX/MRO Procurement experiences are a plus; * Experience with working across international timelines and communities; * Ability to link ideas to transpire into opportunities Ability to effectively communicate and influence business decisions and change; * Interpersonal agility – knows how to get things done both through formal and informal channels * Priority setting – spends their time and the time of others on what’s most important. Eliminates road blocks and builds focus; * Strong change management and adaptability; * Professional proficiency in English; other languages (Spanish, Indonesian, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi) are an advantage; * Strong understanding of Excel and in developing presentations   We hope to find you a seat at our table!
