Global Subsidiary Oversight Function Gsof

**Title:** Global Subsidiary Oversight Function (GSOF * Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks supporting branch and subsidiary entity operations * Support financial reporting related to international tax filings (income tax, CIT/PIT) * Provide audit support for statutory filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed * Maintain and track accounting compliance calendars and deliverables across entities * Assist with imputed income calculations and related reporting * Assist with subsidiary/branch management activities spanning accounting, tax, and labor law compliance matters * Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation for filings and audits * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on entity-level matters Required Qualifications * Education background in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience in accounting operations, preferably supporting multi-entity or international structures * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) * Experience with Costpoint * Experience with Cognos and OnBase * Familiarity with AI tools, particularly agentic AI workflows, and willingness to integrate them into daily work * Working knowledge of Power BI Preferred Qualifications * Exposure to statutory reporting, foreign tax filings, or branch accounting * Understanding of imputed income and benefits-related tax reporting * Strong organizational skills with ability to manage recurring compliance deadlines
