Reporting to the Consumer Experience Team, this position ensures passengers reach their destinations comfortably while creating a positive and supportive environment.Education: • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: • Preferred: Prioer experience in customer service Skills: • Outstanding verbal communication skills • Customer service experience,  ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude. • Basic knowledge of the hospital campus or willingness to learn all campus locations. Licensure/Certification/Registration: • Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
