Master's degree preferred. * Proven experience in Risk Compliance and Governance roles, preferably within a regulated industry. * Minimum experience of 5 7 years. * Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, content development, and instructional design principles. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
