Graduate Engineer Trainee- Production

Join a highly motivated team in India, where local expertise meets the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group. **TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES** ➢ Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities for Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Cutting Tools. ➢ Support shop floor operations to ensure production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved. ➢ Assist in manufacturing processes including CNC Tool Grinding, CNC Machining, Edge Preparation, Inspection, and Packaging. ➢ Monitor machine performance, production output, and downtime, and report deviations to supervisors. ➢ Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth workflow and timely execution of orders. ➢ Assist in monitoring quality parameters and support corrective actions for process-related issues. ➢ Support new product trials, process validation activities, and product development projects. ➢ Ensure proper handling of raw materials, semi-finished products, tools, and finished goods during production activities. **PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS** ➢ Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. ➢ Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Production, Manufacturing, CNC Machining, or Engineering Industry. ➢ Understanding of CNC machines, cutting tools, and precision manufacturing processes will be an added advantage. ➢ Knowledge of Solid Carbide Tools, End Mills, Drills, Reamers, and other cutting tools is desirable. ➢ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. ➢ Basic knowledge of production planning, quality control, and shop floor practices. ➢ Willingness to work on the shop floor and coordinate with cross-functional teams. **WHAT WE OFFER** ➢ Opportunity to work with advanced CNC cutting tool manufacturing technologies. ➢ Exposure to international quality standards and world-class manufacturing practices. ➢ Attractive compensation and benefits package based on experience and qualifications. ➢ Long-term growth opportunities within a technology-driven manufacturing organization.
