**GRAPHIC DESIGNER – ONGOING PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY** We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on an ongoing, long-term basis. We are a marketing agency that helps law firms grow through high-performing digital and TV marketing campaigns. This is a part-time contractor position with a flat rate of $1,500 USD per month. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to understand the strategy behind a project—not just make something look good. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING** * Create engaging social media graphics and other digital marketing assets for clients. * Support website and landing page design by creating banners, selecting and editing imagery, choosing icons, and developing additional visual assets. * Create consistent designs that align with established client brand identities. * Support internal marketing and creative projects. * Assist with new brand identities and accompanying visual assets as needed. * Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, effective designs. * Collaborate with our team to understand project goals, client expectations, and overall marketing strategy. * Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail. **EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION** * 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing agency, digital marketing, or client-facing environment. * Experience creating social media graphics, digital marketing assets, website/landing page assets, and branded materials. * Experience supporting multiple clients or brands simultaneously is strongly preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. * Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio may substitute for formal education. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design principles. * Experience working with brand identities and maintaining visual consistency across different platforms and formats. * Ability to understand the objective behind a project and create designs that support the client's broader brand and marketing strategy. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. **PREFERRED SKILLS** * Motion design experience * Figma experience * Professional PowerPoint/presentation design experience **POSITION DETAILS** * Part-time contractor position * $1,500 USD per month flat rate * Ongoing, long-term opportunity We are looking for someone who can become a reliable part of our creative team and consistently deliver high-quality work at speed and scale.
