Groundsperson

**Your Role as Groundsperson** Join our team in maintaining welcoming, safe, and well-presented environments across multiple sites. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure gardens and grounds are kept neat and attractive for residents and visitors, while also supporting minor maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works. Key responsibilities of this role include: * Maintaining existing gardens and assist with new development works for landscaping around the site. * Communicating clearly and compassionately especially to elderly residents in their home whilst carrying out garden maintenance. * Maintaining a high level of understanding of suitability for plants insofar as maintainability needs, lifespan, appearance and provision of related technical advice as required. * Using motorized garden equipment, while ensuring the safety of residents, visitors and staff in the proximity. * Implementing environmentally friendly garden management practices. * Developing a sound knowledge of new equipment to the extent required to effectively maintain the equipment. **What We Offer** * **Salary Packaging:** As a not‑for‑profit employer, we offer generous salary packaging benefits that help maximise your take‑home pay.
