Financial Planning & Forecasting** * Lead **annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning** for TMICC * Partner with business stakeholders to align financial plans with strategic objectives * Analyze variances between **actuals vs budget/forecast** and provide actionable insights * Build and maintain robust financial models **2\. Management Reporting** * Prepare and present **monthly/quarterly management reports** * Develop **dashboards and MIS reports** highlighting key KPIs * Ensure timely, accurate, and standardized reporting across TMICC units * Support executive reviews with **clear financial narratives and insights** **3\. Performance Analysis** * Track and evaluate **financial and operational performance** * Conduct **margin analysis, cost optimization, and profitability reviews** * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance * Benchmark TMICC performance against internal and external metrics **4\. Business Partnering** * Act as a **finance business partner** to TMICC leadership * Provide **decision support** for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects * Collaborate with operations, commercial, and treasury teams (if applicable) * Drive financial discipline and accountability across teams **5\. Process Improvement & Automation** * Enhance reporting processes through **automation and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle, etc.)** * Standardize templates, reporting frameworks, and processes * Improve data quality, governance, and reporting efficiency **6\. Governance & Controls** * Ensure compliance with **group policies, financial controls, and reporting standards** * Support audit requirements and internal control processes * Maintain transparency and integrity in financial reporting **Key Deliverables** * Monthly MIS packs and performance dashboards * Budget & forecast models * Variance analysis reports * Executive summaries with actionable insights * KPI tracking frameworks **We're looking for someone who** * CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA or equivalent * 8–15 years of experience in **FP&A, management reporting, or corporate finance** * Experience in large organizations / shared services / international operations preferred * Strong financial modeling and analytical skills * Expertise in management reporting and variance analysis * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to translate data into strategic insights * High attention to detail and problem-solving ability * Experience managing multi-entity or global reporting environments * Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) * Background in process transformation or automation initiatives **What you'll get** Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes * Market-competitive pay and performance related rewards * Flexible ways of working * Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work * Time off to rest and recharge * Ongoing learning and development opportunities * Specific benefits vary by location #TMICC **Why join us? ** This is a place for people who are passionate about ice cream and are growth obsessed - both for the business and for themselves.
