Growth Operations Manager – Rwa Perpetual Trading

**Location:** Remote (Asia) **Employment Type:** Full-time ### About the Role We are looking for a **Growth Operations Manager** to drive user growth, trading activation, and engagement for our **RWA Perpetual (Perp) Trading** business. This role focuses on increasing first-time trades, active traders, trading frequency, trading volume, and fee revenue across RWA perpetual products, including **U.S. equities, ETFs, indices, and other high-volatility assets**. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, BD, and Community teams to build scalable growth programs, optimize trading funnels, and execute high-impact campaigns around market events and trending assets. ### Key Responsibilities ### Trading Growth & User Activation * Develop and execute growth strategies for RWA perpetual products, including U.S. equities, ETFs, indices, and high-volatility stocks. * Increase key business metrics including: * First trade conversion * Active traders * Trading frequency * Trading volume * User retention * Fee revenue * Design and optimize user journeys from registration, deposit, first trade, repeat trading, to high-frequency trading. ### Campaigns & Incentive Programs * Design and execute trading campaigns such as: * First trade rewards * Trading competitions * Volume leaderboards * PnL & ROI rankings * Fee rebates * Points & missions * Referral and KOL squad campaigns * Create differentiated incentive mechanisms for various user segments and market conditions. * Continuously optimize campaign ROI by balancing user growth, incentives, and platform profitability. ### Event-Driven Trading Operations * Monitor market-moving events including: * U.S. earnings seasons * ETF and index movements * AI and semiconductor sectors * Meme stocks * Macroeconomic events * High-volatility trading opportunities * Convert market trends into trading campaigns, leaderboards, missions, community engagement, and user activation initiatives. ### Product & Funnel Optimization * Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and BD teams to improve: * Trading entry points * Campaign pages * Leaderboards * Task systems * Referral programs * User growth funnels * Improve conversion throughout the entire trading lifecycle, from acquisition to repeat trading. ### Data Analysis & Performance Optimization * Track and analyze key growth metrics, including: * First trade conversion * Active traders * Trading frequency * Trading volume * Fee contribution * Campaign participation * User retention * Evaluate campaign performance across different products, user segments, and acquisition channels to continuously improve growth strategies. ### Qualifications ### Required * 3+ years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Trading Operations, or Growth Marketing within: * Cryptocurrency exchanges * Online brokerages * FinTech * CFD, Forex, Futures, Options, or Derivatives platforms * Experience designing and executing trading growth campaigns, referral programs, rebates, leaderboards, trading competitions, or loyalty programs. * Strong understanding of trader behavior, including: * Short-term trading * Leveraged trading * Long/short strategies * Event-driven trading * Experience improving conversion across the user lifecycle, including first trade, repeat trading, and user retention. * Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize growth performance and campaign ROI. * Excellent cross-functional collaboration and execution skills. ### Preferred * Familiarity with U.S. equities, ETFs, indices, AI stocks, semiconductor stocks, meme stocks, and macro-driven trading opportunities. * Experience with crypto derivatives, perpetual futures, or Web3 trading platforms. * Knowledge of RWA (Real World Assets), Perp DEXs, or on-chain trading ecosystems. * Passion for crypto markets and digital asset trading. ### Ideal Background Candidates from the following companies or similar organizations are highly preferred: ### Online Brokerages * Futu / Moomoo * Tiger Brokers * Webull * Robinhood * Longbridge ### CFD & Leveraged Trading Platforms * eToro * IG Group * Plus500 * Capital.com * XTB * CMC Markets * OANDA ### Crypto Exchanges & Derivatives Platforms * Binance * OKX * Bybit * Bitget * Gate.io * Hyperliquid * dYdX * GMX * Orderly * Aster ### What We're Looking For We're seeking a growth-oriented operator who understands both **financial markets and user growth mechanics**—someone who can quickly turn market events into high-impact trading campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and drive sustainable growth in trading activity and platform revenue.
