**City/State** South Boston, VA **Work Shift** Rotating **Overview:** Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is hiring a **Guest Relations Representative** ================================================================================ The **Guest Relations Representative** is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Will also cross train on the switchboard. Flexi schedule - will be asked to work varying shifts on rotating days and hours (days, evenings, nights).
