Guest Services Representative

About the position: This is a Flexible (intermittent) category position located at the Britannia Inn, 423d Force Support Squadron, RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom. It offers 0 guaranteed hours per week and the incumbent may be required to 0-40 hours per week as needed. This position is a rotational shift position requiring the incumbent to work day shifts (0600-1400), swing shifts (1400-2000), evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, as required by management. Major Duties: - 1. Receives and confirms room reservations by letter, telephone, email, or personal contact. 2. Registers and assigns rooms to guests, makes and issues room keys, and may escort guests to rooms as needed. 3. Calculates and posts charges to patrons' accounts and balances totals with control records. Accepts payment, makes change, and presents departing guests checkout statements. 4.
