Hanger - Grade 1

It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! _We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business._ **SUMMARY:** The Purpose of the Hanger is to take the parts of the chicken that are being processed and hang them on the line for further processing. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:** ·         Rehang chickens or various parts of chicken on the line for processing. ·         Grade one leg birds. ·         Separate birds with low quality. ·         Must be able to keep up with production flow. ·         Must report any unsafe condition, pain, and problems to supervisor or lead person. ·         Be responsible for other duties deemed by supervisor. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** This position will not have supervisory responsibility. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** **Required** ·         High school diploma or equivalent. ·         Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. **Preferred** ·         Previous poultry or meat processing experience. _George’s is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to, among others, individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.
