Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Build and grow relationships with customers by identifying hazardous waste recycling and disposal solutions that meet their needs. * Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand market presence. * Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on regulatory-compliant and sustainable waste solutions. * Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and service execution. * Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to support business goals. **What Are We Looking For** * Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships built on trust and credibility. * Demonstrated capability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and drive results. * Solid understanding of environmental services, hazardous waste, or industrial services markets. * Clear and professional communication skills with customers and internal partners. * High level of organization, initiative, and accountability in managing priorities. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan. * Highly competitive benefits programs. * 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. **Work Environment** This role operates in a professional sales environment with regular interaction at customer sites and collaboration with operational teams.
