Here, you don’t just stay at the forefront of the industry – you can make a difference too._ Job Purpose: * Lead and manage the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Bank’s distribution channels which include multi-asset and multi-client distribution platforms. ​ * Drive profitability through effective product distribution, client engagement, and alignment with the Bank’s overall business objectives.​ Job Requirements: **Strategic Leadership** ​ * Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve annual KPIs and long-term growth targets.​ * Align distribution initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities, including multi-asset and multi client distribution, and client wallet optimization.​​ **Business Development & Client Engagement**​ * Expand and deepen relationships with retail, CHNW and Digital clients to maximize wallet share.​ * Drive cross-selling opportunities across equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other multi-asset products.​ * Represent the Bank in industry forums, seminars, and client education initiatives.​​ **Channel Management**​ * Oversee performance of commissioned representatives, brokers, sales - people and respective marketing teams.​ * Ensure effective distribution of products and services through multiple sales channels, including digital platforms.​​ **Governance & Compliance**​ * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.​ * Implement robust controls and reporting mechanisms for distribution activities.​ **People Leadership**​ * Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing distribution team.​ * Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.​ Candidate Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.​ * Minimum 12–15 years of experience in investment banking or asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior distribution role * Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and distribution dynamics.​ * Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving business growth.​ * Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.​ * Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.​
