The role requires a strong blend of recruitment expertise, HR operations excellence, labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy management. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven capability in managing cross-border HR operations, scaling teams, and supporting business growth in dynamic environments.The candidate should also have experience working closely with attorneys/legal counsels on HR policy drafting, employment contracts, disciplinary matters, compliance frameworks, and labor law-related documentation across multiple jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment networks Lead hiring initiatives across India and Saudi Arabia, including high-volume and niche hiring Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle ManagementOversee complete employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Maintain HRIS systems and ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality Support audits and maintain audit-ready HR records and documentation Streamline HR processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability Compliance & Labor Law ManagementEnsure compliance with Indian labor laws and Saudi labor regulations including Saudization, Iqama, GOSI, visa, and work permit requirements Coordinate with PROs and external agencies for employee documentation, visas, and expatriate workforce management Work closely with attorneys and legal counsels on HR policy drafting, employment agreements, disciplinary procedures, compliance matters, investigations, and labor law documentation Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks across regions Ensure adherence to internal policies, statutory regulations, and corporate governance standards Compensation, Benefits & Performance ManagementManage salary structures, compensation revisions, benchmarking, and benefits administration Oversee expatriate compensation, allowances, and per diem structures Drive performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and employee feedback processes Support leadership in talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives Employee Relations & EngagementServe as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries and support Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution Foster a positive and inclusive work culture across locations Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives HR Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership review Provide data-driven insights to support HR and business decision-making Monitor key HR metrics and recommend process improvements Key RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 15+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Strong exposure to HR operations in both India and Saudi Arabia In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and Saudi labor regulations Experience managing cross-border and expatriate workforce Proven experience working with attorneys/legal teams on HR policy drafting, compliance, contracts, and employee relations matters Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic business environments Preferred SkillsExperience in scaling teams and managing high-volume recruitment Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities Exposure to multinational or multi-location organizations Ability to align HR strategy with overall business objectives Strong process orientation with a focus on operational excellence Earn certifications in these skills [Learn Business Communication](https://trainings.internshala.com/business-communication-course/?utm_source=is_web_internshala_details_page) [Learn Human Resources](https://trainings.internshala.com/human-resource-management/?utm_source=is_web_internshala_details_page) Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1\. have minimum 15 years of experience ### Salary Probation: Duration: Salary during probation: After probation: Annual CTC: ₹ 30,00,000 - 40,00,000 /year ### Number of openings 1 Editor’s note Information above is Internshala's interpretation and paraphrasing of what we found on the shared link.
