Head of Consolidation

If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and lead a dynamic team, we would like to hear from you! **Your Role** ============= * Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and review of the consolidated financial statements for the ZEISS Group * Ensure compliance with both internal accounting policies and external regulations, according to IFRS * Serve as the main point of contact for all consolidation-related matters * Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and represent consolidation topics professionally to external auditors * Provide clear and comprehensive information during the financial reporting process * Project lead for the implementation  of a new consolidation tool * Handle special consolidation-related assignments as required * Drive the digital transformation and process optimization of group consolidation activities * Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve high performance **Your Profile** ================ * Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field * Extensive experience working in an international audit firm and/or in group accounting within a multinational corporation * Deep expertise in accounting and consolidation under IFRS standards * Proven success in project management * Experience in leading teams * Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ERP and consolidation software (e.g., SAP SEM/BCS) * Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is not mandatory but a strong advantage If you recognize yourself in this profile and are eager to take on a central role in the financial management of an international company, we look forward to receiving your application.
