You will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, improving profitability, and supporting operational excellence in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment._ **WHAT YOU WILL DO** ==================== * _Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes_ * _Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to local and EMEA leadership_ * _Drive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities_ * _Oversee controlling activities across four manufacturing sites_ * _Strengthen cost control, productivity, and profitability_ * _Act as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales_ * _Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing controlling team_ * _Ensure compliance with group policies and reporting standards_ * _Support strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation projects_ **ABOUT YOU** ============= * _Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar_ * _8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, ideally in manufacturing_ * _Proven leadership experience (min. 3–5 years managing teams)_ * _Strong expertise in: Financial planning & analysis, Cost / plant controlling and standard costing, KPI development and performance management and Investment evaluation and cash flow management._ * _Experience in multinational environments_ * _Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills_ * _Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP_ * _Fluent Italian & English are required._ * _French is a plus_ **WHAT WE OFFER** ================= _W__e offer a **gross annual salary range of €57.500 – €71.900**, level Quadro according to “Gomma Plastica Industria” Italian CLA, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:_ _✔_ _A dynamic and collaborative work environment within a multicultural team_  _✔_ _T__ailored development opportunities to support your growth_  _✔_ _Hybrid working flexibility according to company needs._ ✔ _Annual Bonus Plan_ ✔ _Company Car (depending on the location)_ _The pay range above is a **general guideline** based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation.
