Job Description

### About the Role This is a zero-to-one, high-ownership growth role at an early-stage AI company building reimbursement automation infrastructure for interventional specialties — including Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, and Interventional Radiology. The platform automates prior authorization, benefits verification, medical necessity audits, and denial appeals for procedure-heavy healthcare settings, and is now expanding its go-to-market motion into medical device OEM partnerships. As **Head of Growth**, you will own the full commercial motion for OEM accounts — from defining the ideal customer profile to closing the first enterprise contracts. You'll work directly with the founding team and have meaningful influence over product direction, partnerships, and revenue strategy. ### What You'll Do * Source OEM leads and open relationships across market access and reimbursement teams at medical device companies. * Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where the platform creates the most value. * Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and build a repeatable sales playbook for OEM partnerships. * Own OEM accounts end-to-end — from first call through signed contract and ongoing relationship management. * Attend key industry conferences and build community partnerships to extend reach within target specialties. * Research and identify growth opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure. * Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercialization teams to translate OEM needs into roadmap priorities. ### What We're Looking For ### Required: * 4–7 years of experience working in medical device companies, with direct exposure to go-to-market and reimbursement-related initiatives. * Direct experience in reimbursement or market access within the medical device industry — this is a dealbreaker requirement. * Deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem: how decisions are made, who controls budget, and how reimbursement risk translates to commercial outcomes. * Proven ability to source OEM leads and manage accounts from first conversation to signed contract. * Comfortable operating in a zero-to-one environment with limited infrastructure — you build the playbook, not follow one. * Based in New York City and able to work hybrid (in-person as needed) with willingness to travel for conferences. ### Strongly Preferred: * Experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties. * Cross-functional exposure spanning market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D. * Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day workflow — a strong positive signal for this role. ### Compensation & Benefits * **Base salary:** $130,000 – $200,000 annually * **Equity:** Meaningful equity stake commensurate with the seniority and impact of the role * Visa sponsorship is **not available** for this position. ### Location This role is based in **New York City, NY** and operates on a **hybrid** schedule. Some in-person collaboration is expected, along with periodic travel to industry conferences. Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
