We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.    **Key Responsibilities:**                    ============================================ The Head of Transportation & Foreign Trade EMEA (f-m-d) is responsible for managing relationships with Transportation Service Providers, focusing on the following key areas: * Contract management; * Identification of efficiency gains via managing continuous improvement programs; * KPI management; * Lead the Transportation & Import/Export Teams. More specifically, in this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for: * Oversight of inbound and outbound freight activities and outbound carrier performance; * Ownership of the Transportation and P&L budget; * Lead Import/Export Strategy with the Foreign Trade Office Management; * Performance monitoring and cost reporting; * Invoice verification, control, and documentation management; * Transportation claims management and resolution; * Assist Sales Business Units to find delivery solutions to customers/consignees requests; * Implementation of X-docking models; * Identification and implementation of new transportation routes; * Driving continuous improvement initiatives: * Leading and coordinating projects across all key areas of responsibility * Providing support for the opening, expansion, and transfer of Distribution Centers **Requirements:** ================= * Extensive experience in Transportation management areas * Solid knowledge in the Foreign Trade domain * Proven track record of process improvement and change management * Previous experience in team leading * Willingess to travel as required per the business (from 25% to 50%) * Competence Knowledge of MS-Office especially with Excel * Good command of English language #TTI-EMEA **#LI-AC1** At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
