Job Description * **Technical Leadership** \- Lead the Structures discipline across India and GDC for B+C. \- Provide technical direction on complex structural engineering assignments. \- Establish engineering best practices and design standards. \- Ensure technical excellence across all structural deliverables. \- Ensure the on-time delivery, quality compliance, budget adherence and client satisfaction * **Business Development** Partner with business to: \- Support proposals and bids. \- Prepare technical methodologies. \- Develop fee estimates. \- Participate in client presentations. \- Support key pursuits. \- Build client confidence through technical leadership. \- Identify new business opportunities within Buildings & Cities. * **Resource Management** \- Develop resource plans aligned with business forecasts. \- Manage utilization across India and GDC. \- Participate in hiring senior technical resources. \- Optimize project staffing. * **Financial Management** \- Support financial performance through: \- Resource optimization \- Margin improvement \- Fee estimation \- Cost control \- Productivity improvement \- Forecasting \- Contribute towards achieving business profitability targets. * **Stakeholder Management** * **People Management** Enhance the existing team further to deliver domestic core structure design projects.
