We also help you save for your future by offering pension programs, and savings plans with company matching * **Benefits:** utilize an employee assistance program and comprehensive company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family to support your mental, physical, and financial well-being * **Generous time-off**: enjoy generous paid vacation time and personal time-off to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance * **Talent development programs**: Internal mobility, succession planning, and employee training and development programs are just a few ways we’re dedicated to your development   **Minimum Requirements:** * At least 2 years experience with operating equipment (haul trucks, wiggle wagon, dozers, graders, excavators) in industries such as mining, civil earthworks, pipelines, sawmills, pulp and paper mills or manufacturing, or highway construction * A High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or Canadian Adult Educational Credential (CAEC) or 10+ years of work experience * A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record   **Responsibilities:** * Be a positive contributor to building safety culture * Complete walk-arounds, safety checks and field level risk assessments * Follow our operating standards and procedures * Operate various makes and models of haul trucks * Report all incidents, damage and near misses immediately * Communicate updates to your supervisor to ensure that you meet all goals and objectives   **Location and other Key details:** * You will work out of our Base Plant Mine in Fort McMurray * The shift schedule is a six days on/six days off rotation (three days on, three nights on, six days off; 12-hour shifts) * This is not a camp-based role * This position is safety sensitive * In your resume, please provide the type and size of the equipment you have operated and length of time of your employment with each company **Think we are a fit?
