Responsible for observing patients, reporting and documenting these observations, and documenting care performed. **Job Description**: **EDUCATION** * HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience required. **CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE** * CHHA-Home Health Aide or CNA-Certified Hospital Attendant, required. * BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider **EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN** * One year experience in a health care setting providing personal care preferred. * This position is not travelling hospice care.
