Hospitality Services Team Member - Residential Aged Care North

As a Hospitality Services Team Member at WMQ you will support residents across our **Chermside** residential facilities, helping maintain a warm, welcoming, and caring aged care environment. You’ll provide essential services across **cleaning, kitchen, and laundry**, helping maintain safe, comfortable, and welcoming homes. You will: * Deliver safe food handling and catering services * Maintain cleanliness and a homely atmosphere * Support residents’ wellbeing with respect and compassion * Identify and act on health and safety hazards * Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn * Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping preferred * Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster * Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues **Essential Requirements** -------------------------- * NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Paid type * Basic knowledge or willingness to learn catering, cleaning, and infection control procedures * Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
