We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Hostess to work with our Food & Beverage team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali. ### Responsibilities * Welcome guests to the venue * Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists * Manage reservations * Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name * Greet customers upon their departure * Maintain a clean reception area * Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries * Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort * Eloquent in English communication * Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) * Availability to work in shifts as needed * Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift * Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
