**Something exciting is coming early September!**   Currimundi Accommodation is looking for motivated and reliable **Housekeepers** and a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join the team.   If you take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, enjoy working in a team environment, and are passionate about creating great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.   About the Role -------------- As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring accommodation rooms and shared spaces are presented to the highest standard. You'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest by delivering exceptional housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding presentation throughout the property.   As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the housekeeping team by leading daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the team delivers efficient and consistent service.   Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards * Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities * Ensure rooms are presented and guest-ready within required timeframes * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and shared spaces * Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly * Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies * Support daily housekeeping schedules and room turnover processes * Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained * Assist with team coordination and daily priorities (Level 3 Supervisor) * Support and train team members to deliver high-quality housekeeping services (Level 3 Supervisor) * Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures * Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests   About You --------- * Previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential * Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping team is preferred for the Level 3 Supervisor role * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Positive attitude with a team-focused approach * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays * Physically capable of performing manual handling and cleaning duties   What We Offer ------------- * Opportunities for career growth and development within Australian Venue Co. * Supportive and inclusive team culture * Ongoing training and development * Employee discounts and benefits across AVC venues * Flexible roster opportunities * Opportunity to be part of a growing accommodation team   Our Values ---------- At AVC, our team members embody our core values: Agility Resilience & Positivity Disruption Customer Obsession Ownership Surprise & Delight   If you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining outstanding accommodation standards, apply now and become part of the team at Currimundi Accommodation!   **Join our fun & thriving team.**
