Housekeeping Supervisor Delonix Hotel Karawang

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our Rooms team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. ### Responsibilities * Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. * Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. * Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. * Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. * Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. * Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. * Communicate issues to next shift. * Complete required paperwork. * Graduated from bachelor of Accounting/ Hospitality degree. * Excellent command of spoken and written is necessary, both English and Bahasa Indonesia * Posses previous housekeeping experience as Supervisor * Have a good health condition * Must be flexible in working hours subject to season and occupancy * Indonesian citizen only
