HR Business Partner – Part-Time

In short: We simplify mobility. **HR Business Partner (all genders) – Part-time** part-time position (20h) as part of our Division Human Resources in Munich as soon as possible. **Your tasks:** * Advising managers on all people-related, organizational, and employment law matters * Maintaining a collaborative relationship with employee representatives and supporting works council matters and procedures * Supporting organizational, transformation, and change management initiatives * Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements * Supporting talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development processes **Your profile:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable field of study * Several years of professional experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role * Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law * Experience supporting HR, organizational change and transformation initiatives * Highly organized and service-oriented with strong communication, consulting and interpersonal skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1) **What do we offer?** * Flexible working hours: The optimal compatibility of family, leisure and career is a matter of course for us. * Shopping Card: The Ticket Plus City Card is topped up with €50 per month for all employees. * Mobile working: Whether working from home or on site in a team, flexibility is very important to us.  Please submit your application documents in **German or** **English**.
